Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time for custom and semi-custom orders is 3-5 business days to deliver design proofs and an additional 2-3 days from proof approval until it leaves our facility. These times are averages and may vary based on order complexity and workload. CrossGFX does not guarantee processing times.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from our factory in Madona, Latvia, EU, using FedEx Express Shipping. Tracking number is provided. Delivery times within the EU are 1-3 business days, and outside the EU is 3-7 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

In certain regions, imported goods may be subject to import duties, customs/brokerage fees, and additional taxes upon shipment from us. If your delivery address falls within these regions, you bear full responsibility for these charges. They are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority. It's important to note that import duties and taxes can be substantial, so it's advisable to consult the appropriate customs authority for detailed information.
Customs may cause delays, beyond CrossGFX's control. Shipping times vary based on location, time, and local postal service.

MIS-DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESSES

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, please notify us immediately. Once shipped, we're not liable for lost packages. We strongly advise reaching out directly to your delivery partner to update the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address. We won't re-ship, replace, or refund orders for lost packages due to wrong addresses.
Returned "Invalid Address" packages are non-refundable and will be charged a re-delivery fee to re-ship from CrossGFX.

RETURNS

Contact us at info@crossgfx.eu for defective or incorrect products. Refunds for customized products occur only for manufacturing errors on our part. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for custom products with customer-provided incorrect information. Refunds/exchanges for other reasons are handled case-by-case. Contact us via email with photos and information for issue resolution.
