Block Blue - Yamaha YZ 250FX 2020-2024 Graphics Kit

Block Blue is a semi-custom graphics kit for the Yamaha YZ 250FX 2020-2024, cut to fit the original plastics. Nothing goes to production until you approve a full design proof first. Change colours, swap logos and add your name and race number for free.

Printing Options

Each graphics kit is printed on your choice of material, depending on the style and finish you're after.

Standard White - The standard print base used across all CrossGFX kits. Flexible vinyl that grips firmly to dirt bike plastics and handles track and trail conditions.

Silver Chrome - Reflective metallic vinyl that adds brightness and depth to your design, giving your kit a bold, standout look on the track.

Holographic Chrome - Creates a shifting rainbow effect that changes with the light. A finish that shifts colour at every angle.

Laminate Options

Every graphics kit is finished with a 380-micron laminate, applied over the print for durability and protection. You can choose from the following laminate options.

Gloss Finish - Clear, high-gloss overlay that gives your graphics a clean factory look. Thick, durable material that protects the kit while letting the colours show through clearly.

Glitter Finish - Clear laminate with embedded multicolour metallic flakes that reflect light at different angles. Adds a visual effect to your graphics while providing strong protection against wear.

Gold Glitter Finish - Same as Glitter, but with gold flakes. Ideal for dark or yellow-based designs.

Customization & Materials

We have a wide selection of motocross-related logos available. Personal logos can also be added - simply email them to info@crossgfx.eu with your order number. We require logos in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF). If you do not have this format, we will work with your file and choose a suitable font for your company name. We are unable to add energy drink logos due to trademark restrictions.

Our graphics are printed on vinyl from the USA, built specifically for motocross use. The material includes Hi-Flow air channels for easier application and a high-tack adhesive that grips firmly to dirt bike plastics. We print on Standard White, Silver Chrome, and Holographic Chrome vinyl, depending on your selection.

All kits are finished with a 380-micron laminate, available in Gloss, Glitter, or Gold Glitter finishes.

Production & Delivery

All graphics are made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days from proof approval, then your order ships via DHL Express. EU orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch; outside the EU, 3 to 7 business days. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
