Yes. The free design proof is selected by default: we email you a picture proof of your kit with your options, and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing. Changes at the proof stage are free, just reply to the proof email.

From order to dispatch usually takes 1-3 business days: we send your design proof first and print, laminate and cut your kit as soon as you approve it, so it depends on how quickly you reply.
